Essential fatty acids in the form of flaxseed oil and other omega 3 oils are what make up 80% of your cell membranes. That means that every cell wall in your body is loaded with essential fatty acid, and without these in your diet you may well be lacking cellular integrity. Yes, get healthy and eat flaxseed oil or fish oil every day. Because without strong cell walls toxins can enter the cells and interrupt their integrity , which may result in illness.
When you consider cream for your body make sure you are not slapping a cocktail of poisons on yourself. Look at the ingredients listing and basically if its not suitable to eat , then its really not suitable for your skin.

At the medicineroom we are making our creams from pure oil, with herbal extracts in the medicinal creams and top quality essential oils in the cosmetic range. Some herbs are excellent to relieve sunburn, wind burn and hot skin, these include chamomile, calendula and comfrey. Other herbs are good to relieve itch and insect bites in summer such as chickweed and neem.
